It tastes sweet, much like natural fruit sugars. There is sugar in this by nature. Apple juice concentrate is made by extracting the juice from the fruit, filtering it, and then dehydrating it to eliminate some of the water. In order to destroy any possible pathogens contained in the fruit, the liquid is also pasteurized, which is a mild heating process.

ASEPTIC PINEAPPLE JUICE CONCENTRATE

We used Pineapples of the Queen Kind, which is used to make pineapple juice concentrate. Our concentrate captures the pure, tangy-sweet taste of pineapples, providing a burst of tropical goodness with every drop. Pineapple Juice concentrate are used in many food preparation and beverage products, such as smoothies, ice cream, baked goods, and juices. Bromelain, a Proteolytic enzyme found in pineapples, helps in food digestion by dissolving protein, Pineapples are rich in vitamin C and vitamin B1, and they are also a strong source of manganese.
